Purchase History and Invoice Download

To access to the organization's purchase history, the Organization > Purchase History permission should be granted as the administrator permission on Organization > Administrators.

To check your purchase history, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Management Console.
  2. In the Organization menu, select Purchase History.

The sheet contains the following information:

  • Action date. The date of the purchase
  • Expiry date. The expiration date of the purchased entity (usually a license).
  • Purchase ID. The unique ID for the transaction. You may need to provide it to the support team for processing your issue
  • Status. The purchase status: active, expired, etc.
  • Paid. The purchase amount.

You can view and download the invoice for the purchase straight from the 'Purchase History' page. To do this, click Download in the purchase record. The invoice opens in the new tab.

You can view and download the purchase receipt by clicking Receipt in the purchase record. The receipt opens in the new tab.

If you have unpaid bills or your payment was unsuccessful, reminders will appear on the page..

Click Pay now to view the details.
