IT Operations Center Dashboard

Use the same data as your monitoring dashboard to create a wallboard for an IT operations center or Network Operations Center (NOC).

A wallboard provides a high-level view of the health of your managed devices and can be displayed on a large screen for continuous monitoring.

Build a dashboard using the fleet-wide endpoints described in Live Dashboard (Grafana).
Display the dashboard in full-screen or kiosk mode on a monitor or TV.
Design the dashboard for easy viewing from a distance by using:
- Large status indicators
- Clear health summaries
- Active alerts
- Customer or site filters, if needed
If the wallboard is shared across multiple customers, configure it to automatically rotate between dashboard views.

Recommended polling interval:

Poll the RMM API every 60 minutes. for general device health.
If the wallboard displays alerts, poll the Summary endpoint every 10 minutes so new alerts appear shortly after they become available.
