Deep Instinct. Terms and Conditions

By opting to use Deep Instinct End Point Protection through MSP360, you are agreeing to be bound by all of the relevant terms and conditions of the MSP360 Platform Subscription found at: www.msp360.com/company/legal/. MSP360, as a reseller of Deep Instinct End Point Protection services ('Services'), does not assume any responsibility or liability with respect to your use of the Services.Further, by checking the box, you agree to be bound by the Deep Instinct Terms and Conditions found at: www.deepinstinct.com/end-user-software-license-agreement/ You understand that at any time, MSP360 or Deep Instinct, may update the terms and conditions without notice, and you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

1. A license is required for each computer on which Deep Instinct agent is installed.
2. A 15-day trial period is provided for each new computer.
3. When the trial license expires, and a paid license is available, this license will be automatically assigned to this computer.
4. When the trial license expires, and no paid license is available, the Deep Instinct agent will be automatically uninstalled.
5. To assign a paid license to another computer you should release the Deep Instinct license in the Management Console. The Deep Instinct agent will be automatically uninstalled on the computer. Once this is complete, you can use this license for another computer.
6. To terminate usage manually you should turn auto-renewal off for the Deep Instinct license in the Management Console.
7. When the paid license expires, and no renewal is enabled, the Deep Instinct agent will be automatically uninstalled.
8. You are automatically billed on the renewal date. If you subscribe on a monthly basis, your renewal date will always be on the 1st of the month, regardless of what day of the month you purchased the subscription.
9. If an attempt to charge your card for an MSP360 invoice fails (for any reason including insufficient funds, bank declines, card expiration, etc.), full access to the service is available until the 5th day of the month. After this date, the access to the service will be limited. On the 21st day of the month, all Deep Instinct agents without valid licenses will be uninstalled.
10. The cost of the license does not vary with the number of days of use. You always pay for a full month.
11. Any installation of the Deep Instinct agent on a managed computer is considered as commercial use and becomes a subject to these Terms and Conditions.
