Administrator ID, Provider ID, User ID, Company ID, and Computer HID

Administrator ID

To find the administrator ID:

1. In Management Console navigate to Organization > Administrators
2. Click the edit icon next to the required administrative account.
3. Go to the General tab

4. Click Copy ID. The administrator ID is copied to clipboard.

Provider (Main Administrator) ID

To find the provider ID:

1. In Management Console navigate to Settings > General
2. Click Copy ID. The administrator ID is copied to clipboard.

User ID

To find the administrator ID:

1. In Management Console navigate to Organization > Users
2. Click the edit icon next to the required user.
3. Go to the General tab

4. Click Copy ID. The user ID is copied to clipboard.

Company ID

To find the company ID:

1. In Management Console navigate to Organization > Companies
2. Click Edit next to the required company.

3. Click Copy ID. The company ID is copied to clipboard.

Computer HID

To find the computer HID:

1. In Management Console navigate to Computers
2. Click the on the required computer name account.
3. Go to the General tab
4. Scroll doun to view the HID
