Enable Email Customization

By default, the ability to configure custom notification email templates is disabled. If you attempt to open Reporting > Email Customization, you will be prompted to create a support case to enable email customization.

Submit a request to the MSP360 Technical Support team](/contact-us/technical-support) explaining why you need this feature. Once the request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. You can monitor the status of the support case in the MSP360 Support portal
