Products Mapping

You can map HaloPSA asset types and Management Console products to assign them by default to mapped products.

Management Console Products

Currently the following products in Management Console can be selected as product for mapping:

• Backup: all activated licenses

Create Products Mapping

To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Open the Management Console.
2. In the Settings menu, select HaloPSA.

3. Navigate to the Products Mapping tab.

4. Map default HaloPSA asset types to the required license types. You only need to select a default HaloPSA asset type to the activated licenses. You can change this setting later, if needed and repeat the export.

This mapping will be used as the default for exporting computers to HaloPSA.
