Use HaloPSA Integration

Currently, HaloPSA integration supports the following scenarios:

1. Creating HaloPSA Assets from Management Console Computers. Εxport computers with Backup or RMM Αgents installed to HaloPSA to create new assets. Use cases:
   • Enable ticket automation and billing workflows within HaloPSA.
   • Establish browser-based remote desktop connections via Connect directly from HaloPSA.
2. Manually Mapping HaloPSA Assets to Management Console Computers. Manually link HaloPSA assets with computers in Management Console that already have Backup or RMM agents installed. Use cases:
   • Enable ticket automation and billing workflows within HaloPSA.
   • Establish browser-based remote desktop connections via Connect directly from HaloPSA.

Establish Remote Desktop Connection from HaloPSA with Connect

The custom Button Connect to computer is used to enable the Connect feature directly from the HaloPSA Asset page.

Click this button to establish a web browser connection with selected asset. Refer to the In-Session Options (Web Browser) article for instruction on how to manage established session.
