Configure Payment Method

If your payment method status is Inactive under Organization > Licenses, you need to configure your payment method.

To configure your payment method, perform the following:

• Expand the Account menu in the top-right corner of the Management Console
• Select Payment methods

You will be redirected to the payment page, where you can choose one of the supported payment methods:

• Credit or debit card
• PayPal
• Google Pay

To confirm the payment method, you will be charged the specified amount.

After the payment method is configured, its status will change to Active.

Update Payment Method

In case the payment method associated with your subscription is no longer valid, you should update it, otherwise your subscription/license renewals will fail. The following options are available to update your payment method:

• You can access your payment method from the warning message by clicking the payment method link.

• You can access your payment method from the Account menu by clicking the Payment methods option.

• Go to Settings > General, then click Manage payment methods in the Personal information section to view and manage your payment method.
