The following restore options are currently available for computers:

Legacy File Backup format for backups and restores may cause significantly slower performance in comparison to the New Backup Format backup plans.

You can expect that in the following cases restore job can be completed in multiple threads. The rest of restore jobs will be completed in one thread that can result in lower performance. Consider, restore of local drives, network drives, network shares, external drives, etc., will always work in one thread.

Disaster Recovery
