Create Product Mapping

You can map ConnectWise products and Management Console products to configure billing.

Management Console Products

Currently the following Products in Management Console can be selected as product for billing:

• Backup: all activated licenses
• Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Backup: all activated licenses
• Other Products:
  • Deep Instinct: all activated licenses
• Storage: All storage accounts assigned to the Management Console company for which you are configuring billing.

Map Products

To do this, proceed as follows:

1. Open the Management Console.
2. In the Settings menu, select ConnectWise PSA.
3. On the Products Mapping tab map ConnectWise products to the required licenses or storage accounts.

This mapping will be used as the default in the Billing Wizard.
