Control Remote Screen and Input

Managed Connect features control of the remote screen and input devices on the remote computer. This feature is now available both for connections created using the desktop app and a web browser.

To control the screen and input devices on the remote computer, perform the following:

1. Click the control remote screen and input icon on the Connect toolbar during the session.

2. The following options are available:
   • Show black screen. The black screen on the remote computer ensures that nobody on the other side can see your work.
   • Block input devices. This will ensure that nobody on the other side can interfere with your work.

3. Select the options you want to control.

4. If necessary, you can turn on this selection for future sessions, otherwise it will be applicable for the current session only. Save your selection.
