Back Up Google Services
Google Workspace Backup enables to back up all cloud-based services connected to your domains:
- Shared Drives (requires additional SharePoint/Teams/Shared Drive license per domain to start use the service)
Flexible settings allow configuring required backup jobs with a given accuracy degree. Learn how to configure backup jobs:
Backup jobs are started automatically and are performed minimum twice a day. For some services (Drive, Shared Drives) backups are performed automatically twice a week.
Back Up By Google Service
Google Workspace Backup enables backup jobs separated by a Google Service. For example, you are allowed to back up Google Mail, or Google Drive and Calendars. To select services to back up, open the control panel, then click Configure Backup.
Select services required for backups, then click Save.
If you need to include enabled users only, select Apply to enabled users check box
Your basic backup configuration is ready.
