Back Up G Suite Services
G Suite Backup enables to back up all cloud-based services connected to your domains:
- Shared Drives (requires additional SharePoint/Teams/Shared Drive license per domain to start use the service)
Flexible settings allow configuring required backup jobs with a given accuracy degree. Learn how to configure backup jobs:

The backup job is started automatically and is performed minimum once a day. If the G Suite Backup service is not busy, the backup job is performed more often.
Back Up By Google Service
G Suite Backup enables backup jobs separated by a Google Service. For example, you are allowed to back up Google Mail, or Google Drive and Calendars. To select services to back up, open the control panel, then click Configure Backup.
Select services required for backups, then click Save.
If you need to include enabled users only, select Apply to enabled users check box
Your basic backup configuration is ready.
