Backup Microsoft 365 Services
Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Backup enables backing up all main cloud-based services connected to your domains:
- Outlook Mail
- OneDrive
- Contacts
- Calendar
- SharePoint (requires an extra SharePoint\Teams\SharedDrives license per domain)
- Microsoft Teams (requires an extra SharePoint\Teams\SharedDrives license per domain)
Backup jobs are started automatically and are performed minimum twice a day. For some services (Drive, SharePoint, Teams) backups are performed automatically twice a week.
Backing Up By Service
Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Backup enables backup jobs separated by service. For example, you are allowed to back up Outlook Mail, or OneDrive and Calendar. To select services to back up, open the control panel, then click Configure Backup. Select services required to back up, then click Save.
To apply backup configuration to all enabled users, select Apply to enabled users check box below the backup configuration area
Your basic backup configuration is ready.
