- Managed Backup and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace Backup: The Management Console can now verify the compatibility of backup storage using the built-in S3-Compatible Storage Checker tool. This check is performed when attempting to add a storage destination.

- Microsoft 365/Google Workspace Backup: Default Object Lock configured on the cloud storage side is now supported. No attempts to delete backup data will be made during the specified lock period.
- New administrator permission: A new administrator permission 'Companies > Manage backup destinations' has been added on 'Organization > Administrators'. This permission is required to manage backup destinations for assigned companies.
- Ticket management:
- Tickets can now be assigned to a selected administrative account.
- Internal conversations inside tickets are now supported (admin-to-admin communication).
- Additional ticket statuses have been added to improve workflow management.
- Hyper-V cluster backup is now also supported in the Management Console
Improvements
- Security and performance: The system now enforces a maximum of two concurrent sessions per administrator. If a third session is initiated, the session with the earliest creation timestamp is terminated and the user is logged out from that session. The new session is then established. This behavior helps manage resource usage and improves security.
- Capacity report: Added the ability to delete backup records from the Capacity Report.
- Audit Log: The list of events displayed in logs has been expanded. For example, information about changes to storage limits, bulk deletion of computers, etc. is now reported.

Important Information
- macOS 26 (Tahoe) and later: When upgrading Connect from v4.1 to v4.2, a new privilege scheme is applied during installation. As a result, users should give the Accessibility permission for ConnectAgent.app (Privacy & Security -> Accessibility); otherwise, remote control functionality will not work.
